What the warranty covers
For non-human-caused quality issues within the warranty period, we may provide troubleshooting guidance, replacement parts, partial replacement, reshipment, partial refund, or another reasonable solution. A refund is not the default warranty remedy.
What is not covered
Normal wear and tear or natural aging
Improper installation, misuse, or abuse
Collision, dropping, scratching, pet damage, or external accidents
Alteration, disassembly, self-repair, or third-party repair
